Church Survey 2019

The Church Council invites you to participate in the church-wide survey.  This survey will give the Church Council information on ministries, events, and programs of the church and how best to continue in these areas, what to change, and what to add to these areas.  The survey is short (less than ten questions), and only takes about seven minutes to complete.  The survey can be taken online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CHBCsurvey2019.  If you do not have access to a computer, smart phone, or tablet, hard copies can be picked up in the church office.   Please complete the survey online or in print form by Thursday, February 28.
