Need a little self-care on your Spring Break? Join us for a few hours of connection and renewal.

Saturday, March 14th

Crescent Hill Baptist Church, 2800 Frankfort Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206

10:00 am – Coffee, pastries, open table for art and games

10:30 am – Yoga experience (optional)

11:00 am – Guest Speaker from Louisville Seminary Counseling Center: Presentation on Self-Care

12:00 pm – Lunch

1:00 pm – Recreation time in gym and depression screenings provided by Louisville Seminary Counseling Center (optional)

***Art supplies, gym and coffee available throughout the event, except during presentation (11-12).

This entire event is FREE, but please register so we can prepare for your attendance.
